scott has now won the spartathlon the last three years. it's a pretty tough road race from from athens to sparta, greece. that is 246 kilometers, or 152.8 miles. also have to give a shout to justin angle who was there to crew and pace scott. great work man.
i just yesterday received one of these platypus insulated bladders - if you train in the winter you should pick one up.
